Just an update:
I said I would let you know how Simple Helix web Hosting handles Magento E-Commerce. It’s lightening fast! I was worried ($100 bucks isn’t just something you want to throw away), but it completely meets, and exceeds my expectations. I’m planning on upgrading from the personal account to the Enterprise Account. The Enterprise account lets you host 10 domains instead of the one domain on the personal account.
Simple Helix Customer Service:
Rocks as well. When they say 24/7 customer support they mean it! I contacted their customer support team last Friday night at, oh I’d say probably around 10:00 PM. When did I get a response? A half hour later! They answered my question and were very helpful. I contacted customer support again tonight (Sunday) and I received an email back about an hour later.
This is the response I received:
Hello,
Looks like I’m going to have to re-process the order for the domain transfer
as the system needs to re-recognize the new administrative email
information.I’ll do this first thing in the morning tomorrow.

How about that? It’s refreshing to know that some company’s in this world still have actual english speaking humans doing their customer service for them. Not some trained monkey that knows how to read a script!
