I recently tried out oDesk, I’m so in love … I posted a 1000+ word article job for $60, and got lots of applicants. Be sure to ask for past work so that you can read and review the persons writing style. Also if you start noticing English/grammar mistakes, keep looking, choosing such a person will likely yield the same grammar mistakes in your articles. Do not settle, keep looking for that ultimate content writer, you will find him/her. Also, start with a low price, then slowly move it up until you find quality people who are interested. It might be harder lowering the price once you’ve found someone for a higher price.

As long at the content you are outsourcing comes back unique from other sites. If you are just getting duplicate content, then you are wasting your money.

I have found a couple of really good writers on Elance.com. It’s free to sign up and to post your project. Just state specifically what you need and how fast you need your articles. A lot of writers have samples, but you can usually judge if they will be a good writer by how they respond to your job post. I’ve been getting some really well written articles for less than $7 bucks. 350 words each.

Where do you go to find Virtual Assistants? I recently hired someone off craigslist to write articles for my site, but they charged 10 cents per word (7 cents per word if I promised to buy 5 articles). The article he gave me was no good and I felt I could turn out better articles. So if you could give us idea of where to find virtual assistant, that would be great!
