I started (seriously) affiliate marketing mid-2008, and I’m addicted. Besides the fact that my Google Adwords account is suspended right now (not the first time) and I can’t do jack, I’m looking forward to being able to pay the bill and get back into action. I probably won’t meet the goal that I set for Jan 20 2009, and I’m quite upset, but it’s all part of the game of life. No, not the board game. Roflcopter.

Anywho, the following blogs are really what got me to begin affiliate marketing, and if you’re anything like me, I think you’ll find them useful as well. I started with the Prosperly blog, and it all branched off from there.

1. Zac Johnson – This is where it all started for me. I had experimented with affiliate marketing when I was around 14, but I really had no idea what it was or the earning potential that it had until probably the beginning of 2008. I was reading Adam White’s Prosperly blog and he referred to Zac in one of his posts. Away I went to read it and here I am.

By the way, this guy is a total stud. I’ve asked him for advice on a few things and he’s responded very quickly and has really been generous with his knowledge and time. Now don’t go flooding his inbox with useless noob questions just cause I said that.

2. Prosperly – This is really where it all started for me. The blog isn’t 100% about affiliate marketing, but pretty darn much. The Hat told me about this blog and I’ve been a fan ever since I began reading it in 2008.

3. ShoeMoney - Shoe is the man. Not only does he have the same name as me (Jeremy), he’s a cool guy and his blog has been pretty helpful with my affiliate marketing “studies.” One of my goals is to become as wealthy as he is so I can afford some of the toys I want. Sue me!

4. Jonathan Volk – Besides the fact that the dude reset his “top commentors” list (and I just happened to be at the top), I’ll give him a break. He’s still pretty cool. His posts are quite inspirational and he has also been quite a help to me. Check out his blog for some affiliate marketing sugar.

5. Nicky Cakes – It’s very entertaining to read The Cake’s blog posts. He speaks in 3rd person nearly 100% of the time and it keeps things entertaining. It’s been fun to learn from this blog as well. Warning: Lots of Drama.

I can’t wait till I’m rolling with the big boys listed above.

Some great bloggers you have on that list! Who else do you follow on the affiliate side? I actually haven’t heard of Prosperly before, so I’ll have to check that one out. Thanks for the tip!
