If he doesn’t, I’d be willing to bet that you don’t either.
When you’re in the market to buy a website, a common question you may ask a seller is “Why are you selling your website? If it’s such a cash machine, why the hell don’t you hang on to it and milk it for all it’s worth?”
A popular reaction to that question among website sellers is to simply tell you that they no longer have time for the site. This response is innocent enough, but more often than not – it’s a bunch of B.S. If they really thought it had potential, they would make time for it.
Interpretations for “I don’t have time for the site.”
- The site no longer makes money – or it never did.
- Takes more time to deal with than it’s worth.
- It’s a complete piece of garbage and I set it up last night.
- I need to make a quick buck off of a sucker like you.
- With how much time you’ll need to spend on making this site worth something, you may as well start your very own blog. Heck, it only takes 5 minutes.

Just a random thought for the night, doesn’t have anything to do with the site I just bought (EliteGPT.Com). It does have to do with another site I bought though. Specifically – PSDLounge.Com. It’s a photoshop tutorial website (PR 2 if you care). If you want to take it off my hands, contact me.
Cheers.
