Alongside various other brainstormings I had written on my wall, I had this quote: Stop Wanting – Start Working. Although I’m sure I’m not the only person that has thought up this quote, it was original at the time. I thought of it while I was in the shower – the place I come up with all of my sweet money-making ideas.
Anyways, I noticed lately that I’ve been “wanting” a lot.
Things on my “Want list” include:

So big deal right? A 50k + car, a mansion, and a hot girl to hang out with.
Is that too much to ask? I would say it’s too much to ask for, but definitely not too much to want. It’s definitely attainable. Attainable that is if you’re not focused on it. So here is my attempt at not thinking about these items.
Focusing on things we want only makes us say stupid things like “wow, I wish I had that” or “lucky jerk” (pointing at a rich person). I have caught myself saying those things and I have realized there is no reason why I (or you) can’t be that “lucky jerk”.
Here’s to not focusing on the things we want, but focusing on the work required to make the things we want come to pass!
