Update: This challenge lasted about 24 hours. I’m getting ready to eat Crown Burger right now. Yummy.

So I sit on the computer all day, and my diet consists mostly of fast food. The only exercise I get is when I walk from bed in the morning to my computer. What did you expect? A toothpick? I’m 6 foot and I weight 192 and change, as you can tell from the picture above. I saw John Volk’s weight loss challenge, and thought it sounded like a fun thing to do.
I decided to challenge my Sister and her husband. We’ll weigh in every Sunday and the challenge officially starts tomorrow. The person that doesn’t meet the 10 lbs in 10 weeks has to do something for the other two, like buy them a huge meal or something healthy like that. We haven’t quite decided.
This should be interesting.
