I’ve gone into outsourcing several times before with the attitude that if I pay someone enough money, then I will see results – the results I want to see. The only problem with that is that I rarely know exactly what I want to see. And when I say “exactly” I mean it. You need to know exactly what you want out of your idea (or life in general) if you plan on achieving anything of value. Make some goals. Have a vision. Do yourself a favor.
