I didn't really notice a dramatic increase in rankings since I got the link, but then again, I didn't keep very good ranking records either. And in the grand scheme of things, I have made a ton of money with the website since I added the link and who's to say the link didn't help me get the results I have seen? When it comes time to renew, I probably will but with much hesitation. It's more of a "because the competitors are doing it" sort of deal. You know, I’m still wondering if it’s worth the money. One of my friend's dad owned a computer parts store. Before he was listed on the Yahoo Directory he was getting sales around $1-$3k per day online. The first week he got listed in the directory it jumped into the $3-$5k range. A couple of weeks later his website jumped from page 5 to number 2 for the keyword he was trying to rank for on Google.
